The North America Operations Manager at KEVIN.MURPHY Group is responsible for leading and optimizing all regional operational activities, including inventory management, warehouse execution, logistics, and value-added services (such as kitting and promotional assembly). This is a hands-on, performance-driven role with direct oversight of third-party logistics (3PL) partners and significant cross-functional collaboration.
Core Purpose
Ensure operational excellence across North America through accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse execution, reliable service levels, and effective support of marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain accuracy, integrity, and availability across all channels through reporting, controls, and issue resolution.
- Warehouse & 3PL Oversight: Manage daily inbound, outbound, and order fulfillment activities executed by 3PLs; ensure compliance with service levels and KPIs.
- Promotional Execution: Plan and coordinate kitting, bundling, and promotional assembly activities in alignment with marketing and commercial calendars.
- Performance Management: Act as the primary operational contact for 3PL partners; monitor service quality, cost efficiency, and operational KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align operations with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service to support forecasts, promotional plans, and customer needs.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address operational risks affecting service, inventory, or customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance inventory processes, warehouse efficiency, scalability, and visibility through structured improvement initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and reporting to support consistent execution.

Required Background
- 7+ years in supply chain, warehouse/operations, inventory control, or logistics
- Experience managing third-party warehouses
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multi-location operations
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ERP/MRP and WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a technical field
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel ~25%; proficiency with Microsoft Office & ASANA
- Experience in CPG/FMCG industries strongly preferred
