Job Summary:
Xpress Employment is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping hose products, fittings, and related materials. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely delivery to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store inbound materials (hoses, fittings, tools, etc.)

Pick and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup
-
Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory
-
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
-
Assist with inventory counts and restocking
-
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
-
Communicate with team leads and other departments to fulfill orders efficiently

Load/unload trucks and handle shipping documentation as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Previous warehouse or industrial supply experience preferred
-
Basic math and measurement skills
-
Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
-
Ability to use hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge a plus

Basic computer skills (for inventory tracking and order processing)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly

Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (exposed to outdoor temperatures, noise, and dust)
