Requirements
Hours: 40 hours per week
Must be available on Mondays, other days are flexible
Work between hours of 8:00am- 4:30pm, onsite
When: Start ASAP
Who: Looking for someone with data analytics experience, preferable familiar with NetSuite and Supply Chain data.
What/Skills:
· Perform data analyses using ERP, Excel and Power BI tools
· Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production and Engineering stakeholders to develop solutions to complex challenges
· Coordinate, monitor and report on progress of inventory reduction, bill of material maintenance and data integrity projects.
· Create reports and analyze metrics
· Data Entry
· Work Order Management
o Create Work Orders from direction of line planner
o Maintain work order dates for MRP
o Provide documentation and information regarding delays, difficulties, and changes to production plan.
· Maintain production schedule status
· Experience or education in manufacturing planning- Medical Device or complex systems is a plus
· Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to self-manage workload and efficiently manage multiple tasks
· Oral Comprehension, Written Comprehension, ability to communicate issues and status of problems to internal and external audiences
