Job Title: Machine/Saw Operator – AM Shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine/Saw Operator to join our team on the AM shift. This position is responsible for operating saw machinery, handling materials, and supporting warehouse distribution activities while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate saw machinery safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications
- Load and unload materials for production and shipping
- Operate sit-down forklifts as needed
- Assist with warehouse distribution and general warehouse duties
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- Previous machine or saw operation experience preferred
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Warehouse distribution experience helpful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Frequent bending, lifting, and moving materials
- Must wear steel-toed boots (all other PPE provided by company)
