Paint Booth Laborer - $20.00/Hour
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Paint Booth Laborers for a growing manufacturing company. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay
$20.00 per hour
Schedule
- First Day: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (orientation and training)
- Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
What You'll Do
- Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials.
- Load and unload parts into and out of the paint booth.
- Assist Paint Booth Specialists with painting and finishing operations.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a paint booth environment with exposure to paint fumes, dust, noise, and varying temperatures while wearing required PPE.
