Salary: $17.00 / hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse & Shop Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a key part of our daily operations, ensuring materials move safely and our facility stays organized. This is a great opportunity for a dependable team player who takes pride in a clean, safe workspace and enjoys a steady, daytime schedule with weekends off.
- Material Handling: Safely move, stage, and organize windows, frames, and various building materials throughout the warehouse and shop floor.
- Facility Maintenance: Clean and maintain a highly organized shop and warehouse environment to ensure a safe, efficient workflow.
- Team Support: Assist warehouse team members with various daily duties, loading/unloading, and miscellaneous tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills Required
- Teamwork & Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort moving and handling materials safely throughout an active 8-hour shift.
- Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach to maintaining a clean work area and spotting organization needs.
- Versatility: Willingness to assist with various changing warehouse/shop tasks as production demands shift.
