Now Hiring: HVAC-R Technician
Location: Portsmouth, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: One week per month
Pay: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)
We’re seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC-R Technician to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems, who is looking for stable hours, competitive pay, and a professional work environment.
Requirements:

HVAC-R certification (EPA/Universal preferred)

Proven experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems (diagnosis, repair, installation)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must pass a drug screen and background check

Willingness to be on-call one week per month
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely, effective solutions

Maintain accurate service records and communicate with clients professionally

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
