Job Full Description
The ideal candidate will:
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is preferred (not required)
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and inventory management.
- Handle complex customer escalations with tact and professionalism.
- Manage all front of house services.
- Interact with and oversee shipping couriers, various vendors and other community partners.
- Actively participate in hiring, training.
- 2+ Years in retail operations, print production, retail production, retail shipping, freight brokering or management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50lbs.
- 9AM-5PM- Including Saturdays 9AM-2PM.
