Job Full Description
Engraving Specialists are primarily responsible for directly assisting clients, with daily duties and responsibilities including:
- Consult with clients to understand their engraving requirements and preferences
- Design, create, and implement custom engraving designs based on client specifications
- Operate manual and computer-controlled engraving equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on engraving equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Inspect completed engravings for quality and accuracy
- Polish and clean engraved items to enhance their appearance and ensure longevity
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling engraving tools and machinery
- Manage inventory of engraving supplies and reorder when necessary
- Provide estimates for engraving services and process client payments
