Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to support a fast-paced sales environment. This is a key role that requires someone with proven industry or directly relevant experience in inside sales, construction supply, building materials, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support
- Communicate effectively with customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Introduce and promote new or alternative product options
- Process and track stock and special orders using PO logs
- Prepare quotes, contract pricing, and bid documentation
- Complete RGA and credit requests promptly
- Monitor job activity and anticipate material needs
- Assist with estimating phases and bid preparation
- Participate in industry or product seminars
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in inside sales, construction supply, or related fields
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – 100% required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to support sales operations in a structured environment
- Computer proficiency
- Strong basic math skills
- Must pass drug screening and background check
Compensation
- Hourly base rate + commission
- Annual compensation: $50k–$55k, depending on experience
