Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Equipment Assembly Associate to support daily assembly, warehouse operations, and inventory handling for a leading outdoor power equipment company serving commercial grounds professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment and handheld tools according to manufacturer specs
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure equipment is customer-ready
• Identify and report mechanical or inventory discrepancies
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and warehouse organization
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory
• Stage equipment for customer pickup or delivery
• Provide counter-sales support during peak times
• Assist customers with basic product inquiries and pickups
• Participate in product demonstrations when requested
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
• Mechanical aptitude required; small engine or equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move 50–100 lbs. regularly
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Basic communication skills; customer-service oriented
• Forklift certification preferred or obtainable
