Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with local businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and community outreach
- Identify companies with staffing, recruiting, and workforce-management needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers
- Conduct client meetings to understand workforce needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up consistently with prospects and clients
- Partner with the recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates and excellent client service
- Maintain accurate client and sales activity records
- Meet or exceed business development and revenue goals
- Represent Express Employment Professionals at local networking events, job fairs, and community activities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in business development, sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional approach to prospecting and client outreach
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Ability to develop long-term business relationships
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for local client visits
