The ideal candidate will be highly organized, friendly, and comfortable serving as the first point of contact for clients.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Prior experience working in an office or administrative setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion

 Job Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take accurate messages, and direct calls appropriately
• Manage calendars for the President and accounting team
• Organize and maintain office files and records
• Greet clients, receive documentation, and assist with front office tasks
• Receive and post client payments accurately
• Order and maintain office supplies

 Pay and Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lynchburg. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications, typically starting around $17.00 per hour.
