Due to job demands, Express Employment Professionals is now accepting candidates to be considered for an internal recruiting role in our local Lynchburg office! The successful recruiter will be driven to help others succeed, work extremely well in a team environment, and have a strong, positive customer service demeanor at all times. This opportunity also requires candidates be career-minded, learn recruiting tools easily, including but not limited to the use of AI and social media to target specific candidates in areas of skilled trades, office/professional, and commercial labor trades. Additional skills will include the following:
- Fast, accurate typing speed
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Strong organization

- Ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day

- Office Phone systems with multiple lines

The selected recruiter will have an upbeat, positive attitude and be able to work with a diverse range of candidates with skills ranging from general laborers to professionals.
