Job Full Description
Local data center is looking for reliable, safety-oriented, hard working general warehouse workers to facilitate a server exchange. This position will involve some periodic heavy lifting up to 75 lbs., as well as using pallet jacks to move large metal cabinetry and framework for large IT /AI servers.
This project will run 1-2 weeks with strong potential for repeat projects over the next 30, 60, 90 days; with additional potential for long term assignment.
Schedule: M-F, 7:45 am-5:00 pm [OT may be applicable]
Pay: 20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Move large metal framework for servers
Lift up to 75 lbs.
Operate pallet jack and/or forklift to move pallets
Wrap up pallets in plastic and shrink wrap
Requirements:
Strong physical component and heavy lifting
Reliable attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and confidentiality
Exceptional track record of safety and no prior incidents
Excellent communication skills
