We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Certified HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical HVAC knowledge with strong interpersonal and sales skills. You’ll be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate HVAC solutions, and closing sales that drive business growth.
??? Responsibilities
- Engage with residential and commercial clients to assess HVAC needs
- Present and explain HVAC products and services in a clear, compelling manner
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- HVAC certification (EPA 608 or equivalent required)
- Proven sales experience in HVAC or related technical field
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
