Bilingual Electrical Supply Counter Sales and Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our electrical supply team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of electrical products and terminology, who thrives in a fast-paced retail or wholesale environment and can communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
As the first point of contact for customers, both contractors and walk-ins you will provide guidance on electrical supplies, process orders, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to support our growing bilingual clientele.
The ideal candidate will assist customers with product selection, process orders, and provide excellent service in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

Assist with warehouse and inventory/order retrieval, including forklift operation
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate electrical products based on their needs.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
- Maintain inventory and restock shelves as needed.

Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish.

Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy.
Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems is a plus.

Experience in electrical supply or retail sales preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
