About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven HVAC Strategic Sales Manager to lead business development, expand key accounts, and drive revenue growth across our commercial HVAC services portfolio. This pivotal role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and shaping strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for high-value commercial HVAC projects.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with commercial clients.
- Lead presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or mechanical services.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience Required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic sales plans.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with contract negotiations and closing high-value projects.
