About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Skilled Carpenter with strong hands-on expertise in woodworking and construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality craftsmanship and working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
- Repair, maintain, and restore wooden structures and fixtures
- Ensure work meets quality standards and project deadlines
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Preferred Skills
- Experience with custom furniture, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
