Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join their production team in Lorton, VA. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
- Assist with inventory and material handling as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
