Our client, a growing mental, behavioral health, and substance abuse clinic, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager / Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls; manage appointment scheduling.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
