About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Entry-Level Recruiter to support our hiring efforts and help connect great candidates with great opportunities. This is a perfect role for someone eager to grow a career in recruiting, HR, or staffing. No prior recruiting experience is required, just strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Post job ads across job boards and social media platforms
- Review incoming applications and resumes
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate basic qualifications
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare candidates with job details and interview expectations
- Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
Recruiting Administration
- Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track applicant flow, interviews, and hiring activity
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection and offer letters
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and email
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry)
- A team-oriented, coachable, positive mindset
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
