Job Title: Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator (Entry Level)

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll & HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with foundational HR experience who is eager to grow their career in payroll and human resources.
You’ll support day-to-day payroll processing and assist with core HR functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with processing payroll on a regular schedule (weekly/bi-weekly), ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes

Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries

Assist with timekeeping, audits, and payroll reconciliations

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws

Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and HR metrics

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related administrative role

Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR practices

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred)

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred but not required
