Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Performance-Based)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Manassas, VA area. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships. This role combines inside sales (phone, email, CRM follow-up) with outside sales (in-person meetings, client visits, territory development).
Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person visits

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory

Present products/services to prospective clients

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM

Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies
Qualifications:
-
Previous sales experience required (inside and/or outside sales preferred)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for outside sales)

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
