HVAC Field Technician - Manassas, VA
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Field Technician to join our growing team in Manassas, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to work with residential and commercial HVAC systems while earning competitive hourly wages.
Compensation
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose system malfunctions and perform troubleshooting
- Conduct routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Replace filters, belts, and other system components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and technical explanations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal preferred)
- 2+ years of HVAC field experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC trade school certification
- Additional certifications (NATE, OSHA, etc.)
- Experience with commercial systems
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
