Event Staff 

Location: Prince William Fairgrounds
Event Dates: April 18–19
Positions Available: 21

Shifts:

  • Saturday (April 18): 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Sunday (April 19): 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and energetic team members to assist with concession stand operations during the exciting event. This is a short-term, high-energy opportunity perfect for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve concession items such as popcorn, snacks, and beverages

  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas

  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of concession stands as needed

Requirements

  • Must be dependable and punctual

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

  • Previous food service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay (specify rate if desired)

Additional Information

  • Training will be provided on-site

  • Must be available for at least one full shift during the event weekend
