Residential Painter
Schedule:
(9:00 AM – 3:00 PM each day)
Location:
Woodbridge, VA
Project Overview:
We are seeking 2 skilled residential painters to assist with a short-term painting project involving occupied or vacant residential homes. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow direction while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching holes, caulking, priming as needed)

Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

Ensure even coverage, straight lines, and clean finishes
-
Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and landscaping using drop cloths, tape, and plastic coverings
-
Mix and match paint to achieve consistent color and texture
-
Follow project instructions and timelines to complete work within the scheduled hours

Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout and after completion
-
Identify and report any surface issues or additional prep needs
Requirements:
-
1–5 years of residential painting experience
-
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
-
Ability to cut clean lines and deliver quality finishes
-
Comfortable working indoors and/or outdoors in varying conditions
-
Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to ~50 lbs
-
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
-
Must bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail

All painting tools, equipment, and materials will be provided.
