Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring goals

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels

Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
-
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities

Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards
Qualifications
-
1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience
-
Experience recruiting for [healthcare / IT / industrial / clerical / professional services / etc.] roles preferred

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills

Agency staffing experience

Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices

LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platform experience
