Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential settings. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Install lighting, outlets, switches, panels, and wiring
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential electrician
- Valid electrician license (if required by state/local regulations)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with remodeling and new construction
