Job Full Description
Customer Service -Inside Sales Representative
Start date: Monday, 10/5 [or mid-next week]
Schedule: M-F / 6:00 am – 2:30 pm [OT as needed likely]
Pay: 24.00-25.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Take phone and face-to-face orders at warehouse counter for insulation supplies
- Input orders into system
- Assist warehouse team with pulling/picking orders during lull periods
- Proactive outreach, cross-selling, and identifying new customer opportunities in very busy industry/area
Requirements:’
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, personality
- Attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Eager and easy ability to learn new industry and product knowledge—will train!
- Ambitious and eager to grow with growing startup organization
- Patient and friendly with customers
- Unafraid to assist with any task needed, including helping fix problems or put things away to help warehouse team
