🚨 NOW HIRING: Production Operator – Roanoke, VA 🚨
🔧 Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
💵 Pay: $16.50 – $18.50/hr (based on experience and skills)

👥 Who will you be working with?
You’ll be a key member of our Foundry team, collaborating with professionals across multiple departments.
🌟 How you'll make a difference:
You'll follow engineering drawings and work instructions to help produce a wide variety of products. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and focus on quality will help keep our production standards high.
🔧 Responsibilities include:
• Creating and assembling molds and components
• Following ISO procedures and work instructions
• Sub-assembly, soldering, testing, and packaging
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Reporting equipment malfunctions and process deviations
💪 Physical Demands:
• Frequent standing, walking, handling, and lifting up to 10 lbs
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs, reaching, bending
• Exposure to dust, heat, and humidity (within OSHA limits)
📈 This role offers room for growth and skill development! Training will be provided for any tasks outside your trade.
