Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join a property management team. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and function of our properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes direction well, and has a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (e.g., light carpentry, painting, landscaping).
- Assist with unit turnover tasks such as cleaning, hauling debris, and prepping units for new tenants.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and property managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
- Report safety issues or needed repairs promptly.
- Support special projects and seasonal property needs as required.
Requirements:
- Proven reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or landscaping is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM
