Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part Time Office Assistant. Duties
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Support office management activities including supply ordering and inventory tracking
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support administrative projects such as document preparation, report generation, and correspondence
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and staff
- Office management experience including calendar management and data entry
- Clerical experience with familiarity in filing systems, proofreading, and document handling
- Computer literacy with the ability to adapt to various office software platforms
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is beneficial but not required
