Now Hiring: Inside Sales Representative – DAYS
Location: Roanoke, VA
Pay: $19.00/hour
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This position is ideal for candidates with prior sales and customer service experience who enjoy building relationships and driving results.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Some schedule flexibility required
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage potential customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Identify customer needs and provide product/service solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
