Now Hiring: Service Advisor – Willis, VA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Willis, VA.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document service requests accurately
- Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and professionally
- Prepare detailed estimates and obtain customer approval
- Communicate repair timelines and provide timely updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality service
- Review completed work orders for accuracy prior to vehicle delivery
- Process payments and maintain accurate service documentation
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Schedule:
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating Saturdays)
