in the Richmond area, a full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. This position involves operating a slitter machine and supporting daily production operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Slitter Machine Operator supports the manufacturing process by operating production equipment and ensuring materials are processed efficiently and accurately.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous machine operator experience required
• Experience operating production machinery
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Ability to follow production and safety procedures
• Reliable and dependable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate a slitter machine
• Monitor equipment during production
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
• Make adjustments as needed within operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures
PAY:
• $20–$25 per hour
SCHEDULE:
• Monday–Friday
• Rotating weekly between:
• 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (shift begins Sunday night)
• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
