What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming job seekers and making them feel like VIPs from the moment they walk in
- Interviewing and screening candidates for immediate and future job placements
- Making proactive outbound calls to local businesses to uncover hidden hiring needs
- Creating and managing engaging social media content to attract top talent
- Partnering with our Sales Rep to build strong business relationships in the community
- Problem-solving and thinking fast to fill jobs and meet urgent client needs
- Communicating clearly, quickly, and often—with both clients and associates
