What You’ll Be Doing
Grow and Lead Local Marketing Efforts
- Promote and sell company services within your assigned territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and key community connections known as Centers of Influence (COIs).
- Conduct regular marketing visits, calls, and presentations to strengthen our presence and generate referrals.
- Represent the brand at local networking events, trade associations, Lunch-and-Learns, and Continuing Education (CE) courses to increase visibility and brand awareness.
- Use the company’s quarterly Marketing Media Kit and proven strategies to highlight the benefits of our trusted services.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction through clear communication and prompt follow-up.
- Conduct accurate pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates to set expectations and build trust.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure the highest standards of service and customer care.
Develop and Strengthen Your Expertise
- Sharpen your professional sales and marketing skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Learn the company’s production and estimating processes to better communicate our services and value to clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, local market conditions, and emerging opportunities to keep our competitive edge strong.
Prioritize Safety and Compliance
