Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling clerical tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining organized records while delivering professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, file, and organize documents and records
- Perform data entry and update databases or spreadsheets
- Greet visitors and assist with basic inquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with preparing reports, letters, and presentations
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
