Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations

Transport goods, materials, or equipment to assigned locations on schedule

Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety

Load, secure, and unload cargo in a safe and efficient manner

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and inspections

Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients regarding routes, delivery times, and issues

Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly

Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on the road and at delivery sites

Plan routes effectively to meet delivery deadlines and minimize fuel usage

Handle paperwork for shipments, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and inspection forms
-
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and resolve minor issues as needed
-
Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the last 5 years
