Inspect units and common areas to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used

Order, track, and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnover, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services as needed

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with residents and management

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop, tools, and work areas
