Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations.

Prepare specimens for transport and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory for testing.

Enter patient and specimen information accurately into electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Monitor and restock phlebotomy supplies; ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism during high-volume and overnight shifts.

Respond promptly to stat draws and emergency requests.

Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare team members.

Maintain flexibility to work designated weekend and overnight schedules as assigned.
