Job Title: Skilled Maintenance Technician
Job Duties:
Perform apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently without supervision.
Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly.
Inspect units and common areas for needed repairs and safety compliance.
Maintain records of completed work and materials used.
Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements:
Must have own tools.
Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of general repair trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
