Housekeeper – Medical Facility | Salem, VA | $16–$18/hr
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at a medical facility in Salem, VA. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize patient rooms, exam rooms, offices, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces

Empty trash and biohazard containers and dispose of waste according to regulations

Restock supplies, including linens, paper products, and cleaning materials

Follow facility protocols and safety guidelines, including infection control procedures

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
-
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, medical facility experience a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to safely lift and move up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks

Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Pay & Schedule

$16.00 – $18.00/hr, depending on experience
