We are looking for an experienced, confident, and personable Leasing Agent to join a professional property management team.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous conventional property leasing experience
-
Experience with full market-rent properties
-
Strong sales and customer service background
-
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with prospective residents

Confident communicator who can set the tone while remaining professional
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Comfortable building relationships and turning prospects into residents
Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
-
Conduct property and apartment tours
-
Follow up with leads and prospective residents
-
Explain leasing options, pricing, and property information
-
Assist with applications and leasing paperwork
-
Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
-
Support daily leasing office operations
Entrada, Yardi systems knowledge a PLUS.
