Production Associate / Welder

We're seeking a skilled Production Associate / Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This position focuses on fabricating and assembling custom metal products in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Cut, grind, shape, and prepare materials for fabrication
- Assemble metal components to meet production specifications
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and durability
- Complete finishing work, including grinding and polishing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow quality standards and production schedules
- Assist with routine maintenance of welding equipment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing and fabrication setting
- Exposure to heat, noise, and metal dust
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
