Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Sorter Operator for a print and mail production facility in Virginia Beach. This position involves operating large sorting equipment to organize mail by postal requirements and ZIP code accuracy.
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor mail sorting machinery
- Organize trays and tubs of sorted mail
- Verify accuracy of work orders and output
- Assist with production workflow and organization
- Maintain a safe and clean production area
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous machine operation or warehouse experience preferred
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional voluntary Saturdays available
