Job Full Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a production facility in Winchester. VA. This role is key to driving HR operations and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation

Lead recruitment efforts for hourly and salaried roles

Organize and execute employee engagement events
-
Manage benefit billing and HRIS updates
-
Support compliance and employee relations initiatives
Qualifications:

3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-
Working knowledge of HRIS systems and benefit administration
