Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading telecommunications company to hire General Construction Laborers for immediate openings in Manassas, VA! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping job sites clean and organized, and are eager to learn and grow in the utility construction industry, this is a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general construction tasks including trenching, grading, backfilling, and site cleanup.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment as needed.

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site.

Work with pipe, conduit, fiber, and other telecommunications utility materials.

Dig and maintain clean, safe excavations following safety guidelines.

Support the crew in a variety of construction-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Previous construction or utility experience is a plus

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

Valid driver’s license
