Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Production Associate – Winchester, VA
Pay: $18.00/hr - $19.50/hr
2nd Shift: Full-Time | 2:45pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday) 3rd Shift Schedule: Full-Time | 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)
Overtime: Occasional, as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate components according to detailed specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work closely with teammates on the production line to meet daily goals
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Use forklifts for material handling when required (certification may be needed)
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Must be able to read a tape measure and convert fractions accurately
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting is a plus
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting production targets
